  My Dad is eighty years young and walked into the Optical Express store in Inverness very late in the afternoon, having been to Specsaver earlier in the day where they were less than helpful and very impatient with him. He was suffering from a very red and sore eye and was concerned about his drive home. Clare and Emma at Optical Express immediately took him under their wing and checked out his eye and remained in the store well past closing time offering him a thorough examination and reassured him that his vision was unimpaired enough for him to drive home safely. I are very grateful to Clare and Emma as he is kind of precious to myself and his 4 grandchildren. Thank you so much, your care and attention to my Dad was awesome

  I visited the Inverness branch of Optical Express Inverness. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I had my sight test done by a friendly and kind optician. I loved the choice of glasses and everything was explained fully to me. I will go there again and recommend to friends and family. Excellent service!
