  Always a mixed experience depending on who serves you. If you are confident and know what you want it is an aladins cave of goodness! No they are not the cheapest but that's the price you pay for having so much under one roof and being in the Highlands.

  For those bitching about customer service etc. the staff there treat others by how they get treated and first impressions matter, it's a trades world shop and no one comes in off the street and gets 5star treatment you have to build a relationship with people that's common sense!
  I am a joiner and I have a great relationship with the staff and boss but it takes time, when I first started I got given a wide birth, shall we say, as these people have been working there for many years and have to put up with hundreds of 'cheap Scots' every day, everyone is wanting "a good price" (I'm a cheap Scot so I can say this)
  
  For what Evan has done in the small busy town of inverness he has made a great business, after you get to know the team it's the best place to go.
